Short description

The course covers the main topics of managerial accounting, such as identifying, measuring, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating information for the pursuit of an organization's goals. A strong focus will be given on the practical application of this knowledge, and on how to capitalize on it within their own organizations.

Objectives

The participants:

Will be able read and conclude about companies’ present status from its financial statements

Will be able to understand current value of company

Will be able to recognize red flags/bad financial numbers in companies finance

Will be able to make recommendation about companies’ future financial decisions 


Target Attendees / Participants

This module prepares current master of engineering students for the practice of their profession in organizations where there is a mutual need and reliance upon their training and skills to satisfy the needs and standards of the organization, its stakeholders, the profession and the community.
